Based on a vintage 1950s Artist blouse, we are pleased to introduce our latest mini dress which also doubles as a beautiful blouse. Its made with the mini ditsy print version of our popular Watercolour Flowers Print made in our Artist studio here in Surrey. Highly versatile you can wear this garment as a mini dress with or without a belt* or team it with capri pants and wear it as a blouse.
