The dress was gorgeous and ByRotation went out of their way to ensure I was happy with it and could get it in time. However, the missing buttons on the back of the neck meant it wasn’t in the best condition, and this wasn’t declared on the listing. When communicating with ByRotation, I was told there was minor damage with just a loose button for them to find out the next day it was very loose and another button was completely missing. I appreciated the transparency and went ahead with the rental as it was too late to sort something else.
