She was super responsive from the outset, delivered the dress early and in fantastic condition and was a real life angel about an issue I had in returning this item on time (no thanks to Royal Mail). As for the dress, it’s an absolute show stopper. I wore this for a day at the races and i genuinely lost count of the number of strangers who stopped me in my tracks to ask me about it. I felt like a proper strawberry shortcake princess! Fits great even on a bigger bust.
