Very kind to allow me to pick up on the day and very efficient rental generally, lovely lady - the dress was beautiful but the straps had obviously broken and had been repaired but were incredibly short which was very tight, uncomfortable and an unnatural fit for the dress. Thank you anyway though.

eshita is a fantastic renter, went above and beyond to facilitate this rental. thank you! incredible communication and fast postage. dress is very fragile and did have some defaults but renter had mentioned some of these in description so i was prepared for this. dress better for smaller busts i would say!
